Education

I have always been the type of student who enjoyed going to the elective classes instead of the core academics. Running around in gym seemed to be a lot more fun than learning 2+2=4 in math and reading chapters and chapters of books in english. Once we stopped having to learn the basic information in elementary school, education started to excite me alot more. I liked sitting in history and learning about what people did before us. Even though most of the people we learn about arent alive anymore, it gives us a sense of connection to them. Learning about what is happening in the world around us helps us think about how other people, who might be across the earth, are living completley different lives than us. Since not many teenagers like reading the paper or watching the news, learning about these different things in school can give us a new outlook on our lives and how different we all are from one another.
